Just because one person (be it a doctor, scientist, nutritionist, whatever) says something and quotes others as saying it, too, does not mean that you should take his/her word for it. Look it up yourself. Look at the statistics. Come to your own conclusion based on the facts, not on hearsay. Religion used to make sense years and years ago. It was meant to provide people with answers to the most basic questions of life. However, we have progressed in so many ways that religion is no longer necessary. Yet millions of people continue to hang on to old practices.
